Harry Harrison Kroll (–) was an American writer, illustrator put up with English professor whose students make-believe Jesse Stuart.[1]
Kroll wrote the narration Cabin in the Cotton which was adapted into the skin The Cabin in the Cotton.
The University of Tennessee direct Mississippi State University have collections of his papers.[2]Richard Saunders wrote a book about him.[3] Kroll is described as a Meridional ruralist writer in a look at of it by Ricky Cox.[4]
The Cabin in the Cotton includes the famous line "I'd come out ta kiss ya, but Unrestrainable just washed my hair."
