William GrangerOAM (29 August 1969 – 25 Dec 2023) was an Australian self-taught cook, restaurateur and food scribbler.
Based in Australia and Writer, he worked internationally.

Granger was born on 29 August 1969 in Mentone, Victoria,[16] to undiluted vegetarian mother and a priest who worked as a butcher.[17][18] He was married and challenging three daughters with his better half Natalie Elliot.[19]
